Moidart Trust

The Moidart Trust offers awards for enterprising businesses in the West and North West of Scotland to help new and existing businesses to flourish.

Background
Angus Macdonald (pictured right with his son Donald) has been supporting the Scottish Community Foundation through his involvement with the Caledonian Challenge since its inception in 1996.

Angus, together with his wife Michie, set up the Moidart Trust to support community development and social enterprise projects in the West and North West of Scotland.

Purpose
The Moidart Trust supports projects and organisations working in the West and North West of Scotland through the Enterprising Grants scheme. The scheme supports local enterprise, and helping new and existing businesses to flourish.
