Community profiles and research

Planning will guide effective use of available funds. We work with community representatives and local organisations to create a practical and accessible ‘community profile’, identifying priorities for targeting your fund.

We make best use of existing surveys, profiles and community plans, and consider them alongside the scale of the fund and grassroots needs. We validate our thinking with local people through open meetings and local workshops.

We also help to identify further funding sources, which could be leveraged from the community fund or could simply be used instead of the fund, saving the community fund for key priorities.
