The best decisions are made by a local advisory group, rooted in the community. We work with local people and existing forums to create a representative group. We have a wealth of expertise in supporting this process and provide guidance documentation throughout. We also provide model documents for the programme criteria and application process.

Our expert team undertake the back office work of application assessment, ensuring the community advisory group remains focussed on local needs, and not swamped by paperwork. We provide the advisory group with a batch of recommended applications on an agreed frequency. Based on their decisions we provide all administration of the grant award, ongoing monitoring and fund reporting.
