An award programme works as follows:

• We promote the availability of your named fund with details of the criteria you set, and seek applications from charities and community groups to match.
• We will interview applicants and produce background reports on the organisation and their proposal for funding.
• From our reports, you decide which if any of the applicants you wish to support.
• We can provide you with a detailed evaluation of your funded projects, describing the difference your funding has made.
