Bertha Fund

Background

Alan and Alison Findlay inherited the Bertha Trust as part of their late father’s estate. The trust was set up to support families in need in Perth, but neither Alan nor Alison live near Perth. They decided to wind up the trust, and transfer the assests to the Scottish Community Foundation to identify and award grants in the Perth, and continue to benefit families in Perth, as their father would have wished.

Purpose

The purpose of the Fund is to support families in need in Perth.

How to apply

Grantees are identified in collaboration with the Perth and Kinross Council Social Work Department. You can't apply directly to this fund.
