Barclays Bank Fund

Background

A household name, Barclays Bank plc is one of the world’s largest financial services providers in the world. As part of the company’s commitment to working in the community, a charitable endowment was established with the Foundation in 2000 as a sustainable source of funds to support community groups. The income from the investment is used to make awards.

Purpose

The Fund supports charities and organisations throughout Scotland, with particular emphasis given to projects working with children and young people, the elderly, health, disability and special needs, and homelessness.
