Bell Lawrie Fund

Background

Bell Lawrie is a leading independent private client investment managers and stockbrokers in Scotland. The company is part of the Brewin Dolphin Group. As part of the New Millennium Fund for Scotland scheme, Bell Lawrie established a charitable endowment with the Foundation in 2000 as a sustainable source of funds to support community groups. The income from the investment is used to make awards.

Purpose

The Fund supports charities and organisations that work with:

  • children and young people
  • the elderly
  • health, disability and special needs
  • the environment.

The Fund gives priority to projects in the Edinburgh area.
