SSJ Fund

Background                                                                                               The SSJ Fund was the result of the winding up of the Scottish Silver Jubilee Trust.   One of the Trustees, in another role, was involved with a group that had been awarded a Scottish Community Foundation Community Grant. When the Trust was being wound up, he approached the Foundation to ask whether we could distribute some of the SSJ funds.
 
Purpose
Grants are made to voluntary organisations and charities which are youth-led and working with young people under 25. Awards can also be made to organisations working with young people and which benefit the wider community.
