Al-Maktoum Institute Community Awards Fund

Background

The Al-Maktoum Insitute was established in 2000. It offers postgraduate programmes in Islamic studies. It's an independent institution, with degree programmes validated by the University of Aberdeen.

Purpose

The Al-Maktoum Institute Community Awards Fund has been created to support community organisations in Dundee and the surrounding areas. Awards are made to charitable organisations and community groups that focus on:

  • learning
  • multiculturalism
  • youth development
  • community engagement.
How to apply

Community groups, local charities and voluntary organisations are all encouraged to apply. This fund is managed as part of the Community Grants programme. Click here to apply.
