Budge Trust, The

Background

Bill and Lorraine Budge decided they wished to support organisations who had a particular emphasis in sustaining the culture and traditions of Forres and the surrounding area in Moray, where Bill had been born and raised. In addition, organisations, whose focus relates to the wellbeing and or education of children is of particular interest to Bill and Lorraine, the support of such projects being without geographic restriction.

Purpose

Grants are made to voluntary groups and registered charities working in Forres and the surrounding area, together with national and international organisations focusing on the wellbeing and education of children.

How to apply

The award of grants is managed by Bill and Lorraine Budge, with ultimate approval being under the control of the Scottish Community Foundation to whom applications for grants should be made. This fund is managed as part of the Community Grants Programme. Click here to apply for a Community Grant.
