Reporting back on your project
If you’ve received a grant from us, we would like to know the difference the grant made, and what the funding has helped you achieve.
Reporting on grants to £10,000
For a grant of up to £10,000 you should have received a Completion Report form when we sent you the grant cheque. Please keep this form until your project is completed. Then, fill it in and send it back to us.
If you’ve mislaid your Completion Report, you can download one from the bottom of this page. Completion reports should be sent to our Glasgow office.
Please note that it is a condition of your grant that you send us a Completion Report and we cannot accept another application from you if a report on a previous grant is overdue.
Reporting on grants over £10,000
For grants of over £10,000 or for multi-year grants, monitoring and reporting arrangements vary but we usually require a report from you at least every 6 months. We normally explain our requirements at the start of your grant and provided any necessary forms. If you have any questions, please contact your Grants Officer.
